Q. How do I pay my fees?
A. Acceptable forms of payment VISA, MC, Cheque, Debit
  1. General Program
      Annual fee payable in full to receive a discount of 2%.

      Monthly Payments (pre-authorized credit card or cheque)
  2. Festival & Exams
      Payable upon receipt of invitation - (late fall to early winter - depending upon date of festival)
Q. Does RNB have a "dress code"?
A. Yes - It is enforced - please refer to dress code

Q. Does RNB have costume fees?
A.
Yes - a costume service fee is charged in September to cover costumes used in each performance.

Q. When am I allowed to observe my child dancing?
A.
There are 2 observation weeks per year, please check our Calendar of Events.

Q. Who do I talk to if I have concerns about my child's progress at RNB?
A.
Please contact the RNB administrator at 604-980-3040 to discuss your concerns, these will quickly be addressed by RNB's Principal.

Q. Where do I buy dance wear?
A.
RNB sells a limited inventory (see Dress Code for mandatory uniform classes) and provides links to dance shops in the lower mainland.

Q. How do we add or drop a class?
A.
If a student wishes to sign up for an additional class or withdraw from a class:
  1. Fill out a Add/Change/Cancel Form from RNB lobby or download from website
  2. Submit to RNB's office together with payment. Parent will be contacted by RNB to confirm.
Q. Is a refund issued if a student misses or drops a class?
A.
RNB does not refund for classes that your child has missed. Should it be necessary for your child to discontinue a class, written notification (Add/Change/Cancel Form) must be received by RNB 30 days in advance of your child's last class. One month's fee is charged from the date of notice. If cancelling a class due to medical reasons RNB requires a doctor's note and we will waive the one month's notice. The administrator will adjust your future billings or issue a refund.

Q. What do I do if my dancer is going to miss a dance class? What if there is an emergency and I need to contact my child who is dancing?
A.
For general messages, please call 604-980-3040 from 11:00 to 6:00 pm Monday to Friday if no answer, leave a message. For an emergency or to inform staff of unexpected student absences, please call 604-983-8767. Please refer to "show commitment policy".
